Geoffrey Shea – President
Geoff is the founder and President of T3Networks Inc. In addition to leading T3Networks client relationships, He serves as a hands-on Senior Principal Consultant and Managing Partner. Prior to starting T3Networks, He held multiple client-facing positions in state government & large private enterprise. Geoff possesses extensive industry experience with particular insights into IT Operations Management and Business Strategy.
Geoff continues to grow T3Networks into a premier provider of technology solutions and services supporting local government, and commercial organizations. Geoff has accomplished this through the development our extensive services and solutions portfolio, maintaining exceptional in-house talent and insightfully focusing on unique customer needs. Geoff holds a B.S. Cum Laude from Salem State University.
Erin Gersdorf – COO
Erin serves as Chief Operations Officer where she is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining T3Networks, she held multiple client-facing and high-level positions at top-flight organizations including PA Consulting Group & Siemens Medical Solutions where she excelled at Commercial and Government Information Management and Client Contract Management. Erin possesses extensive experience in large enterprise operations with core-specialization in information management control, finance and corporate governance. Erin holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University.
